Shipping Within the United States

Standard delivery: 3–6 business days.

Expedited delivery: 2–3 business days (additional fee applies).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Delivery Issues
If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it:

Check with neighbors or building management

Confirm the shipping address used

Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Items
To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Perishable, intimate, or opened sanitary products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons (e.g., used wipes, opened pads, etc.).
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide order number + photos of the product and packaging

We will send a free replacement or offer a full refund
Return Shipping

Returns due to change of mind: customer pays return shipping.

Returns due to damage or wrong item sent: we cover the return cost.
Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection of the returned product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
